Administrator for Collective Bargained Pensions – Assignment at a Major Bank

On behalf of our client, a major bank, we are now looking for an experienced administrator for collective bargained pensions. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a central role responsible for managing pension matters related to BTP1 and BTP2.

Job DescriptionThe consulting assignment involves the administration of contractual insurances within BTP1 and BTP2. The role includes, among other things:

• Monitoring upcoming retirements and matters related to long-term sick leave

• Handling death benefit settlements

• Ensuring correct pension payments

• Responsible for transferring the correct information to internal and external systems

You will have daily contact via phone and email with the bank's HR departments, employees, and retirees regarding pension and insurance matters.

Competence Requirements & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, good administrative skills and basic knowledge of the collective bargained occupational pensions BTP1 and BTP2 (banking and finance) are required. The work is characterized by structure, accuracy, and independence.

Duration of the Consulting AssignmentPeriod: February 2, 2026 – December 31, 2026Scope: Full-time (100%)Location: The bank's office in central Stockholm
